I’m gluten free and I like it and it’s an easier diet to be on. You’re getting vitamins and nutrients with the fruits n vegetables that u eat .Eating tofu is also good for u and has soy protein. I have made kale, spinach, chard, and pineapple, blueberries and beets as a salad .You can get beets at Aldi’s for 49 cents. Hummus is also healthy for you and has protein in it.
